Celebrating Milestones

This quarter, we celebrated the one-year anniversary of our Newton location! It’s been an exciting year of growth and community building, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to serve more participants.

Welcoming New Team Members

We’re thrilled to welcome some new faces to our team:

Connecting with Our Community

This spring, we focused on deepening our community connections through fun and engaging events:

  • A 70s-themed Vendor Fair at Baystate Place
  • Our RSC Quarterly Meeting with Carr Properties
  • Presentations at Seniority House
  • A Lunch & Learn at Brownstone Gardens
  • And of course, some friendly cornhole games at Emerson Manor

Committed to Quality Care

We’re proud to share that we exceeded both state and national averages in the latest I-SAT Satisfaction Survey. Some highlights include:

  • 98% of participants are satisfied with the overall care they receive
  • 99% are happy with their home care services
  • 96% would recommend us to family and friends
  • 97% appreciate receiving care from the same home care worker consistently
  • 99% are satisfied with our transportation services

These results remind us why we do what we do—and inspire us to keep getting better.
