Am I eligible to join PACE in Massachusetts?

You are eligible if: 

You are 55 years old or older.
You live in Serenity Care PACE’s service area.
You are certified by the state as meeting the need for the nursing home level of care.
You can live safely in the community with the help of PACE services at the time you enroll.

What does it cost to join PACE?

For individuals covered by Medicaid (MassHealth) or both Medicaid (MassHealth) and Medicare there is no premium nor are there any co-payments.
For individuals with just Medicare, or with private insurance, there will be a monthly premium but there will be no co-pays or additional costs.
