Am I eligible to join PACE in Massachusetts?

You are eligible if:


  • You are 55 years old or older.
  • You live in Serenity Care PACE’s service area.
  • You are certified by the state as meeting the need for the nursing home level of care.
  • You can live safely in the community with the help of PACE services at the time you enroll.

What does it cost to join PACE?

  • For individuals covered by Medicaid (MassHealth) or both Medicaid (MassHealth) and Medicare there is no premium nor are there any co-payments.
  • For individuals with just Medicare, or with private insurance, there will be a monthly premium but there will be no co-pays or additional costs.
