Serenity Care PACE is Committed to Care Excellence

Serenity Care is leading the way in making sure that every day, every older adult receives age-friendly health care. As part of the Age-Friendly Health Systems movement, we are currently one of only three out of 144 PACE organizations in the entire country to achieve the Institute for Healthcare Improvements prestigious recognition as a Level II Age-Friendly Health System – Committed to Care Excellence. For the year 2023, Serenity Care will continue to expand our age friendly health system by focusing on high risk pharmacotherapy to increase safety for all participants.
