As the insurer, provider and coordinator of health care and wellness, Serenity Care PACE tailors care plans to meet each participant’s individual needs through a range of service offerings. These services can be delivered in the home, at our health clinics and day centers, and beyond, providing great peace of mind for participants and their caregivers.
