  • 93% overall satisfaction — outperforming all MA PACE orgs and national average
  • Exceeded state and national averages in 11 of 12 quality indicators
  • Highest recommendation rate to family and friends
  • 100% satisfaction in:
    • Recreational Activities & Entertainment
    • Center Aides
  • 92% overall meal satisfaction
  • 99% overall home care satisfaction
